1. When installing, the valve flap should be stopped at the closed position.

2. The opening position should be determined according to the rotation angle of the disc.

3. Butterfly valve with bypass valve, open the bypass valve before opening.

4. It should be installed according to the installation instructions of the manufacturer. The heavy butterfly valve should be provided with a solid foundation.

The electric butterfly valve stem is a through-rod structure. After quenching and tempering treatment, it has good comprehensive mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and scratch resistance. When the electric butterfly valve is opened and closed, the valve stem only rotates without lifting operation. The packing of the valve stem is not easy to be broken, the sealing is reliable, and the cone pin is fixed. The overhanging end is designed to prevent punching out, so as to avoid the valve stem and the butterfly plate. The stem collapses when the joint breaks unexpectedly.
