1. Pneumatic pinch valve compressed air impurities and moisture affect the service life of the rubber sleeve. A filter should be installed in the gas path to remove impurities and moisture.

2. Fully remove impurities, chip powder, etc. in pipes and joints during piping.

3. When repairing the rubber sleeve, be sure to close the air supply valve beforehand and exhaust the compressed air in the starting circuit before entering the maintenance operation.

4. Avoid freezing of the pinch valve rubber sleeve. If it is used at low temperature, use a dryer to treat dry air.
