Causes of leakage of the butterfly valve: the butterfly valve wear causes the closure to be unsatisfactory; the working air source pressure is insufficient; whether the sediment is stuck with the butterfly plate; the seal ring between the valve body and the butterfly plate wears and deteriorates.

Solution: Due to the wear of the powder butterfly valve, consider replacing the butterfly plate; check whether the air source pressure is in accordance with the requirements of the pneumatic actuator; if the butterfly plate has sediment, the powder butterfly valve should be disassembled to check the butterfly plate; the butterfly valve needs to be disassembled.
